So you're not Brad or George or Justin or Matt. And you'll never get Jessica Biel to look your way twice. There are still plenty of things you can do to get her to look at you like she looks at these guys. You know, lips pursed and moist, eyes with that devil-may care look. You know the look. Now how do you get her to look like that at you?

Well, first of all it's important to realize that to her, these celebrities are just a fantasy. Very few women have the opportunity to meet any of these famous men in real life so let's all be honest with ourselves and admit that we do the exact same thing. The two Jessicas? The Girls Next Door? Britney? Christina? Yep, glad to see that the playing field is nice and even.

So what is it about these famous guys that get women all gooey? Well, the easy answer is their near flawless looks and physiques. Now there are teams of trainers and stylists and make-up artists (totally serious) who all help these men look the way they do in those magazine covers or on the big screen when your woman swoons. So what can you do, assuming you don't have the posse of fitness trainers and fashion stylists at your disposal?

The first step is already taking care of itself by reading BRASH. Look at as many websites and fashion/celebrity magazines as you can and start paying attention to what these dudes look like and what clothes and accessories looks good and build yourself a similar sharp wardrobe.

The next thing you can do is just as easy: hit the gym. Hard. Go for a run, try a yoga class, do 40-minutes of weight training. To put it simply—you have to exercise, buddy. Find some physical activity that gets your heart pumping and you actually break a sweat and set a schedule for yourself and stick to it. Before long training will be something that you do rather than something you have to do.

Next up is the task of taking care of your face, your grooming and how you generally present yourself when you go out into the world. You don't need a make-up artist, but maybe a pretty good hair stylist, a nice scent, a thorough facial cleanser and some hair clippers for grooming are a good place to start. BRASH has very helpful full articles on these grooming challenges on the site. Go take a quick look.

Here's the truth, all of this sounds simple because it is. Don't go and try to become someone you're not. Just become the best version of you that you can possibly be and she will definitely notice. Just be on the lookout for that certain look from her as it finds itself turning towards you. Good luck, guys.
